The First Group has released their condo hotel (also known as a managed apartment complex) in Dubai Sports City - The Spirit.

This will be the developer’s fourth condo hotel in Dubai Sports City, the three previous ones having sold out very quickly.

The Spirit will have a prime location in the prestigious Hub Golf View Apartments neighborhood. This area is in the center of Dubai Sports City near stores, restaurants, bars and the city’s three main stadiums. It’s also close to the Ernie Els Golf Club.

Training Facilities - Multi-sport training facilities including gyms, Olympic-sized pools, and a sophisticated sports rehabilitation center.

Golf Course - 18-hole Ernie Els golf course being created in association with Nicklaus Design.

Residences - Various residential neighborhoods and high-rise buildings overlooking the golf course, stadiums and canals.

Commercial - The biggest brands, franchises and contemporary icons from the business, hospitality, entertainment and sports training worlds will all be represented in some form in Dubai Sports City.
